⭐ Frequently Asked Questions ⭐

1. Why can’t you speak with me over the phone before I become a client?

Actually, you can — but there's one quick step first! Federal law (the Telemarketing Sales Rule) and Texas Finance Code § 393 require that you review required disclosures and provide consent to be contacted before we can discuss services over the phone. It's not about gatekeeping — it's about protecting YOU. Once you complete that short digital form, we'll get your free consultation scheduled right away!

2. How do I get started with She Rises Financial Solutions?

Getting started is simple:

      Getting started is simple:

Complete the secure online intake form on our website

Create your account with Smart Credit for your 3B Credit Report.

Review and sign your CROA-required service agreement and disclosures, submit required documents.

We’ll schedule your Welcome Call to walk you through your personalized credit action plan.

Pay your enrollment fee — your first 7-day deliverables begin immediately.

3. What information do I need to provide to enroll?

To get started, you’ll need to provide your full legal name, contact information, and access to your credit reports from all three bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). We recommend using a credit monitoring service so we can track your progress in real time.

4. Do I need credit monitoring service?

Yes — a third-party credit monitoring service is required as part of our program. It allows both you and our team to see real-time updates, dispute responses, and score changes. We’ll recommend a preferred monitoring service during your onboarding.

5. What is credit repair, and how does it work?

Credit repair means identifying and disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items on your credit report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our experts handle the dispute process on your behalf to help remove damaging information and improve your credit score the legal way.

6. Is credit repair legal in Texas?

Yes — it’s 100% legal when done properly. She Rises Financial Solutions operates in full compliance with the FCRA, FDCPA, and Texas Finance Code Chapter 393. We are a Texas-registered, bonded company, ensuring all actions are transparent and ethical.

7. What types of items can be disputed or removed?

Common items we work to dispute and potentially remove include:

       Late payments

       Collections and charge-offs

       Repossessions

       Medical debt

       Bankruptcies (in some cases)

       Outdated or inaccurate personal information

Duplicate accounts or errors by the creditor or bureau

Results vary based on your individual credit profile and creditor responses.

8. Can I repair my credit on my own?

Yes — legally, you can. However, credit laws and dispute procedures can be confusing. Working with a professional saves time, prevents costly mistakes, and helps you see faster, more sustainable results.

9. If something is removed from my credit report, does that erase the debt?

Not necessarily. If the debt is past the statute of limitations in Texas (typically 4 years), the creditor can’t sue you — but the balance may still exist. Once removed, however, it no longer hurts your credit score, which is our main objective.

10. What is the difference between credit repair and debt settlement?

Credit repair focuses on identifying and disputing inaccurate or unverifiable negative items on your credit report to improve your score. Debt settlement involves negotiating with creditors to pay less than the full amount owed. These are two separate services. She Rises Financial Solutions provides credit repair and coaching — we do not offer debt settlement services but can provide resources as needed.

11. Will credit repair hurt my credit score?

No. The dispute process itself does not negatively impact your score. In fact, as negative items are removed and you follow your personalized Game Plan, your score should improve over time. We never recommend actions that could harm your credit profile.

12. How long does credit repair take?

Every client’s situation is unique, but most begin to see results within 45–60 days. Full credit restoration generally takes 6-8 months, depending on your credit profile and how consistently you follow your customized action plan.

13. How soon will I see results?

Many clients notice updates after the first round of disputes (about 45 days). The timeline depends on creditor response times and your consistency with payments, utilization, and account management.

14. What factors affect how quickly I see results?

Several factors influence your timeline:

The number and severity of negative items on your report

How quickly the credit bureaus and creditors respond to disputes

Whether you consistently follow your personalized Game Plan

Your on-time payment history during the program

Your credit utilization ratio during the program

Clients who actively participate and follow their plan tend to see the fastest results.

15. What can I do to help improve my credit faster?

       Pay all bills on time

       Keep credit-card balances below 30%

       Avoid unnecessary credit inquiries

       Monitor your reports monthly

Follow your personalized Game Plan consistently

16. How much does credit repair cost?

We offer a subscription-based pricing model. There is a one-time enrollment fee — but per Texas and federal law, this fee is not collected until after your services have been fully performed. That means you will not be charged until after your consultation is completed, your first round of dispute letters has been prepared and documented, and all related onboarding tasks have been finalized. This process typically takes 24–72 hours after your service agreement is signed. After that, a monthly service fee applies for ongoing dispute management and coaching support. A credit monitoring service (third-party) is also required and billed separately. Exact pricing is provided during your free consultation.

17. Do you offer a guarantee or refund policy?

Yes! If no negative items are removed after 120 days (4 months) of active service, you may qualify for a full refund of all monthly payments — provided all program steps were followed. We believe in results, transparency, and accountability.

18. Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?

No long-term contracts required. Our services are month-to-month after your initial enrollment. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Per CROA regulations, you also have the right to cancel within 3 business days of signing your service agreement for a full refund.

19. When will I be charged?

It is a violation of Texas and federal law for a credit services organization to charge you before services are fully performed. At She Rises Financial Solutions, your enrollment fee is not collected until ALL of the following have been completed:

Your consultation and welcome onboarding call

Your credit analysis and personalized action plan

Your first round of dispute letters — prepared and documented

       All related administrative setup tasks

This process typically takes 24–72 hours after your service agreement is signed. You will receive confirmation once your file is fully set up and services have been performed. Monthly fees follow the same rule — charged only after each completed service cycle. Full billing details are outlined in your service agreement.

20. Why do you wait to charge the enrollment fee instead of collecting it upfront?

Because the law requires it — and we believe it’s the right thing to do. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and Texas Finance Code § 393, credit services organizations are prohibited from charging clients before services have been fully performed. We take this seriously. You will never be billed for work that hasn’t been done. This protects you as a consumer and reflects our commitment to transparency, integrity, and compliance. Once your onboarding is complete, your consultation has been held, and your first round of dispute letters has been prepared and documented — typically within 24–72 hours of signing your agreement — your enrollment fee will then be processed.

21. How do I know She Rises Financial Solutions is legitimate?

She Rises Financial Solutions is a Texas-registered, bonded credit services company operating in full compliance with federal and state law, including the FCRA, FDCPA, CROA, and Texas Finance Code Chapter 393. Our founder, Melinda, is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Financial Social Worker with personal experience overcoming credit challenges — this work is her mission, not just a business.

22. What consumer rights do I have as a credit repair client?

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to:

Receive a written contract before any services begin

Cancel within 3 business days for a full refund (no questions asked)

Know exactly what services will be performed and at what cost

Dispute inaccurate information on your own at no charge

Sue a credit repair company that violates the law

We will always provide you with these disclosures upfront and in writing.
