Refund Policy – She Rises Financial Solutions LLC

At She Rises Financial Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality credit education and credit improvement services. While we work diligently to assist clients in disputing inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete information, federal law prohibits any credit repair company from guaranteeing specific results, score increases, deletions, or timelines.

A refund of up to 100% of total service fees may be considered only if every condition below has been met by the Client:

Eligibility Requirements for Refund Consideration

  1. She Rises Financial Solutions LLC provided written disclosure explaining that credit repair efforts can sometimes cause temporary score fluctuations, including possible decreases.
  2. The Client remained current on all payments, with no returned (NSF) payments, and completed all payments as agreed.
  3. The Client remained current on all payments owed to She Rises Financial Solutions LLC and fully satisfied the payment schedule outlined in their agreement.
  4. The Client followed all instructions and action steps provided in their individualized credit improvement plan.
  5. The Client did not request excessive ad-hoc communication outside their established service scope, as this may reduce dedicated dispute processing time.
  6. The Client made on-time payments on all existing or newly opened credit lines, always paying at least the minimum due.
  7. No new negative items were added to the Client’s credit report due to their own actions or missed payments during the agreement period.
  8. The Client consistently followed at least one of the recommended score-building strategies documented in their plan.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request to our support email or mailing address.

She Rises Financial Solutions LLC will review the Client’s account for compliance with this Refund Policy.

Please allow 7–10 business days for review after all required information is received.

All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of She Rises Financial Solutions LLC and are considered final.
