1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, services, or funnel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide credit education, financial coaching, and credit repair services in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and applicable state laws. We also provide related services including tax preparation (beginning 2026) and notary services.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies and legal methods to dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete information on your credit report, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

4. Payment & Fees

Service fees are customized according to each client’s credit situation. All fees are outlined in your signed client agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Services will stop immediately, and no future fees will be charged.

6. Compliance with CROA

Per federal law:

• We do not advise clients to make false statements to credit bureaus or creditors.
• Clients may cancel services within 3 business days of signing their agreement for a full refund of any fees paid.

7. Limitation of Liability

She Rises Financial Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
